Thank you for asking. I am a teacher and I recently found myself with a flat tire. Coming into your service department on Tuesday I was anxious about the late hour as well as what I could get done. I need my car and I was worried that they could not accommodate my car at the late hour. I met with Alex in your service department and immediately was put at ease. He assured me that he would get my tire situation and a overdue oil change completed before days end. Thanks to Alex, the work I needed done on my car was completed and I was able to drive home that evening. I was thankful that I would be able to get to work the next day and be able to care for my family. I appreciate the care, concern, and attention that Alex gave me. My 2018 Subaru Impreza service representative at Mike Shaw Subaru was Wally and he was a big help. My car needed a new audio unit, oil change, new lights, and fuel injection service and some of the parts had to be ordered, so I left my car in the shop while I was out of town and Wally ensured everything was done by the time I got back. He was even able to find me a discount on my service, they were promptly responsive to all of my inquiries, and they even paid for my Ubers to-and-from the shop. They did a great job on my car, everything is working perfectly, and I would happily use them again in the future. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester. This is my first Subaru and my first time dealing with Mike Shaw. The sales rep was very cordial and accommodating. I looked at several models and test drove one. I was very pleased with the information provided and I felt they gave me a good value for my trade. My overall experience was very positive.
