The service provided was timely, professional, and complete.

My trunk wouldn't open - manually or with the fob or anything. It wasn't a quick fix, so they gave me a nice loaner car to get to work with the next morning, and they had my car fixed and back to me within 24 hours. (even though I didn't even have an appointment) I appreciate that.

My Service Advisor, Tourer Vang, was courteous and very professional. I appreciated the time he spent explaining my tire wear patterns and when replacement would be required. He also offered to provide a Lyft back to work. My car was ready in the timeframe provided and a Lyft was scheduled for my return Mike Shaw. My experience was excellent!

Great experience! Jair was one of the best service reps I’ve had. He righted a wrong from a previous experience, accommodated me of though I made the appointment at the wrong place (!) and got my car fixed on time. Great experience again and thank you Jair!
