We were impressed with the selection of pre-owned Subarus. Our sales person, Samantha, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because even though we set up a time to come pick up the car and complete the transaction, it took two hours to complete the paperwork. We paid cash so we didn’t expect it to take so long. We were told the reason it was taking so long was because there was only one finance person working at the time.

Kyle Augustin was my salesman and he was wonderful to work with. We test drove several vehicles and he was very knowledgeable about each one. We never felt pressured and In fact some of our communication was through text messages and he always responded in a timely manner.
