Alex made the absolute difference in the service Mike Shaw Thorton provided. I always go to there to service my car, but this time it was different. I felt cared for and that I mattered as a customer. I did the regular maintenance and I was told I needed to change my tires. I shopped around, and even though the price was slightly lower elsewhere and I could get my car serviced right away, I decided I wanted to come back to Mike Shaw and have Alex organize my tire change and alignment. And I was not disappointed. He was wonderful again and I will certainly go back and ask to be helped by him if he is available next time. Thank you, Alex!
