My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation started off roughly. The woman I had spoken to on the phone to schedule set appointment neglected to put it into the computer. I had asked for Wednesday, 29 June. The rest of the appointment went well. The service rep that worked with me was extremely pleasant knowledgeable and provided information regarding additional work that was done.
