I came to have my car service due to a recall. I received good customer service. I was happy the time it took to do the recall was what the letter stated!

The work was done and the car was clean on delivery. I did have a problem at check in, though. When I learned how long it would take, I requested a loaner. I was told that none were available and was offered a complimentary Lyft. The couple that was checking in next to me requested a Lyft, but was told they were getting a loaner. It was frustrating that I wanted a loaner and got a Lyft and they wanted a Lyft and got a loaner.

The service representative was courteous and professional. Service on my vehicle was done timely and my needed services were reviewed with me.

It was a pleasant day. I would like to see that paying cash for a car is a quicker .
