Mike Shaw Subaru service department is my go-to for my Suby! The online scheduler and text communication is so convenient. Staff are always courteous and helpful. I never feel talked down to and always feel like I have the necessary information to make decisions about my service.

Danny was my tech.. he came out to greet me and was very helpful.. I asked about a time frame and he was right on.. the fact that I didn't have to pay and Subaru took care of it was awesome.. love all the people here and it is what keeps me coming back for all my service. Thanks so much !
