Cliff was wonderful to work with and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He went above what was necessary with all our needs. This is our 3rd Subaru and he made sure that the service dept was made aware of a mishap with one of our vehicles that had occurred the same day we purchased our new vehicle. The service manager was very responsive and took care of the problem immediately.

Every service rep I have seen over the years has been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and I appreciate that they always check for recalls which is a distinct advantage over an independent provider. I had made an appointment 5 days prior for an oil change. The lady and I had a miscommunication and she scheduled me 2 weeks out when I wanted the appointment way earlier. I didn’t even check my confirmation text and went today for the assumed appointment. I wasn’t on their schedule list but they were so understanding. They took me in anyways and told me not to worry about the miscommunication. Very professional and friendly! Great customer service! Thanks again.
