The sales process was 5-star worthy. The financing piece was probably a 3-star experience. I felt a bit misled by the way the information was presented to me. In other words, only pointing out the benefits of a package without previewing to the total price that's being added to the bill felt a bit deceptive and almost made me change my mind on the package.

Cliff is responsive, courteous and professional. Overall experience was excellent.

The service was great. We really connected with the sales staff.

Friendly and efficient

No problems arise from my visit for a regular oil change on my vehicle, but while I was waiting for the car the dealer send me a text, telling me about my breaks needed immediately to be serviced. It really surprised me because just a week before I have discs and pad reemplaced on all 4 wheels...the mechanics did not check those at all and think I would accept the service? Very strange and weird.
