Ben H. is the best. I love working with him. There were some issues with my car that were not simple to figure out having to do with a warranty, and he went through a good number of phone calls and conversations and made sure my bald tires got replaced (I bought them from the shop almost exactly a year ago). I cannot praise that guy enough.

The service department staff were excellent. Scheduling my appointment online was convenient and easy to perform. We (my daughter & I) were greeted from the moment we arrived. I was kept informed with how things were going with the service of my vehicle. I would return in the future, when I am in the area. Larry, the service technician treated me & my daughter with kindness and even took the liberty to remove a leaf from the vent. I highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru!!
