Honestly, Matt was absolutely amazing, and so was Tim's follow-up with me (as well as Matt's multiple touchpoint and follow-ups). I would give this five stars entirely but I cannot, unfortunately, and that is no fault of the dealership or Matt. The problem is with the new call center that they have begun using and the multiple fails there, as well as the telecom system(s) in general. Outside of this, though, it was great and the "recovery" of making everything right was above and beyond in so many ways. I couldn't say enough good things. Great job and thank you!

Came in (with no appointment) to see if they would replace the windshield wipers. They were guaranteed to last one year with no streaks. Not a problem. They replaced them for no charge and then washed the car! No charge by the way! Can’t ask for more than that! In and out in 10 minutes. Love my Subaru and have always had a pleasant experience with Mike Shaw Subaru.
