I had my car towed to Mike Shaw and though I did not have them complete the work, thecustomer service from Matt was great! The only gripe I have is that getting in touch with service via phone is very difficult

All in all a better experience picking up my car after work done than in the past but, engine was swapped out and I was not given any instructions as to break in period, next oil change, etc. I am going by what I was told after the last engine swap, oil change in 1500 miles then back to regular schedule. An updated oil change sticker would have been nice too. Car still has the oil consumption sticker in it.
