I was very impressed with my first visit to Mike Shaw Subaru. The staff was friendly, professional, courteous. The Service Advisor, Hoa Pham, patiently answered every one of my questions, and explained what I still didn't understand. The work was completed in a timely manner and Lyft transportation was offered. I will return for regular maintenance on my Subaru.

I was helped promptly even though the Service Dept. employee assigned to me was not there that day. The oil change, tire rotation, and thorough inspection were completed within the time frame promised and to top it off, my car was washed!

Service was great. They were able to complete a 60k , 100k service plus a rear brake job on time. They also diagnosed another issue that I will take care of on the next service. My service advisor was friendly and very prompt with information.The 10% discount at the end was a nice surprise!
