Never experienced service like this. 10/5 stars. Bought a certified ore-owner Forester from a Subaru dealership back in Long Island and a major issue that came up with the car. That dealership wouldn’t claim any responsibility. After several months of fighting with island subaru, I took my Car to MIke Shaw Subaru. Mike Shaw ended up speaking to subaru corporate and were able to get corporate to pay for the entire job. They added in a free oil change and tire rotation too. Can say enough about them! Will never go to anyone else.

After owning my Subaru for five years I was not happy with the dealership that I purchased my car at and have been getting my car serviced at so I tried Mike Shaw Subaru. I’ve brought my car in twice now and they have the best customer service. It’s a far drive for me but totally worth it. The next car I purchase will be from this dealership.
