Simple put: my best car-buying experience ever. Great communication both by email and phone kept me in the loop every steps of the way. Mike and Rob, our salesmen, knew every inch of our vehicle and couldn’t be more friendly: no pressure ever ( except the dreaded finance person, you will get that everywhere).

Drew was a most polite, informative & thorough person to work with. He treated me with kindness, respect & kept me informed throughout my visit. Drew listened to my concerns about driving home in darkness & heavy traffic. He arranged for a loaner when my car was not yet ready by 4:30 pm.Drew was a gentleman, he answered my questions in detail & made certain I was well informed & felt safe to drive back next morning to get my car. Again, he was most helpful explaining what I needed to know about my Outback & I was on my way home.
