My advisor, Daniel Smith, and his associates provided friendly, professional service for a recall repair. They also did a free full vehicle inspection, recommended some additional service work (providing details through a link by text and email), and didn't press me when I chose not to have the additional work done that day. I appreciate their thoroughness, good communication, and that they provided me with a Lyft ride home since the service was expected to take 3+ hours.
