The service was completed thoroughly and expeditiously the assigned service writer kept us apprised of the progress. There is a concern about a problem that arose when we had the air bag replaced. This is currently being addressed and we are waiting on parts.

I was done with my appointment faster than I thought! Most time when I get my car fixed, I’m there for at least 2 hours, even if I had an appointment. I was only there for 45 minutes! The communication about what was being done was also excellent!
