I liked that your dealer had Saturday appointments late in the day. I was traveling and needed a last-minute oil change and tire rotation. Two things kept the experience from being five stars. First, the receptionist on the appointment line needed my personal information to see if an appointment was available. That seemed inefficient. Also, the service time was much longer than quoted. Neither was that big of a deal. I found the customer service and overall experience pleasant and would bring my Subaru back if I am back in Denver needing service. Thanks!

Went in for an oil change around lunchtime and took roughly an hour. Tim was extremely helpful and informative about what to expect and what services needed to be done. Very reasonable quotes for service as well. I will be back for future oil changes

Was very quick and efficient. Didn't wait too long.

The service dept was very accommodating. They were very nice and greatly reduced my anxiety about the issue.
