Overall positive. They were supposed to fix my hubcap and wipers but it wasn’t communicated to the technicians.

Recall work on air conditioning condenser was completed in less than one and a half hours while I waited. Felt like Kathy got me in and out in no time.

Tommy was great but it seemed like I was there a long time considering I was paying cash and the dealership doesn’t seem very flexible or transparent but I was only buying a used car. It was a take it or leave it kinda deal. The car still needs detailing and hopefully they do a good job because the car is horribly filthy but it is an older car.

Excellent customer service by everyone at Mike Shaw. The only issue I am not happy about has to do with the technical aspect of my 2020 Outback. It has nothing to do with Mike Shaw customer service. I cannot get my Google Maps to work properly in my Subaru. Navigation will not speak to me. This has been my most frustrating aspect of owning a Subaru. Several people at Mike Shaw have attempted to help, but so far nothing helps.

Service was fine. It did take a little longer than usual and I had an appointment. As for the courtesy of the employees, No one escorted or helped me with the door into the building. My hands were clearly full (a rather large sleeping child, heavy purse, & water bottle + lunch box in my hands)and there were 3 guys inside that just watched me stumble through.

Everything went well and the time taken was minimal. My only criticism was initial contact was sketchy. I was passed around to 3 different representatives before finally being able to check in.

Wonderful service. Got a fully loaded loaner vehicle for no extra charge besides filling up the tank of gas. Great experience

Mike Shaw provide knowledgeable service with a friendly attitude. I waited for my car which took a long time but the work was completed with a full explanation. I’m satisfied
