As always, the service experience (oil change, safety inspection, tire rotation, front end alignment check) went well. Had a appointment time, but still had a long completion time -2 hours (that's good I guess because they were very busy). Anyway, it allowed me time to relax in their waiting area, drink their coffee and go outside and check out the new-car inventory. The service writer was excellent. She was very detailed with me about all that was done to my Crosstrek and even walked me out to my washed car. Thanks, Mike Shaw Subaru....well done. 👍

Got a full interior and exterior detail for my 2011 Subaru that was in pretty rough shape and I am so thrilled with the results! The detail team was super thorough, and Mitchell and the rest of the service team were even able to squeeze me in for an oil change while my car was drying out.
