Appointment was as expected. I appreciate the time the representative took with me to go over recommended service and my options.

Since my problem was intermittent, I was worried that the technicians wouldn't find it. They asked me to leave the car and provided a brand-new loaner! Three days later they called and told me they had found the issue and corrected it, for free, since it was a warranty issue. I was very impressed with their expertise and persistence in finding the problem, and overall, very happy with the service.
