Staff was friendly and service completed quickly

Even though the tech fixing the car went out sick, Kathy kept me up to date with the timeline as to when my car would be returned to me.

Little slow in helping, but did a great job after she got started. A man came out about one hour later & told us what was going on. Another 45min to one hour later the girl told us my car was ready, then took us to were my car was parked.

Everything was great.

The only problem I had was that it didn't seem to take as long as I think it should have to change the oil, check all other fluid (and top off if necessary) and inspect all other areas. I was told the cabin air filter should be changed and according to my handbook the glove box needs to be removed to get to that filter. The entire process was only about 30 min.

Santa is excellent in the service department and the work done was too notch!
