The service on my car was done quickly and thoroughly.I was provided with a ride (Lyft) to a friends house while I waited, though as I said, it was a short wait. They even managed to remove a small tar splotch on the passenger door that I had been unable to clean off.

Came in for a oil change and a check up on my 2015 Forester. Everyone was so nice and the car was ready in no time. Good experience.

I just had a 60K mile service. Great experience all around. I’m very selective about where I get work done on my car after several issues with other dealerships. Mike Shaw isn’t the closest to me, but I’m willing to go out of my way. I trust the work done on my car will be high quality. Tim was my service advisor and he demonstrated excellent customer service. He provided timely updates on my vehicle’s status and made the whole process easy.
