Kathy at Mike Shaw is excellent. I like having one person who I can contact with questions or when my car needs any service. She always goes above and beyond to help and keep me informed.

Making an appointment was easy. I was checked in as soon as I arrived. The customer service associate was very thorough going over all the service details. They provided a Lyft ride to work, so I didn't have to wait. They kept me in the loop with texts as the serving progressed. It was easy to approve additional work. I was notified by text the the work was done and they sent a Lyft to pick me up after work. This was a seamless experience and I recommend Mike Shaw highly.
