From the time I arrived for my appointment, I had an assigned point person in the Service Dept., who was thorough in asking for what I needed done to my car. Wally even checked on my vehicle warranty. The estimated wait time was accurate and when the technician saw I needed an engine and oil filter, Wally came to the waiting room to ask if I wanted those items included . Shortly thereafter, my car was ready to drive home! Thank you Mike Shaw Subaru!
