Work was done quickly and on time

Wally and Pham did a good job. Although the Lyft service is definitely not working well. And the text messages are not working either, so it was a bit frustrating to get to the dealership. So anyway again Wally and Pham both were extremely helpful please fix the text messaging issue.

I recently had my routine service again and as always my experience was wonderful!! Thanks to Kathy Nerka and Jay Lazaro for making sure I was taking care of. I arrived on a very busy Thursday morning and both Jay and Kathy were helping other clients, but maintained their professionalism and friendliness...multitasking at its finest!! While waiting there was another friendly member of the Mike Shaw team that directed me to a coffee bar! My oil change was handled quickly and I had even got my car washed. I was out the door with my whole morning still ahead of me! Another wonderful experience had at Mike Shaw Subaru Service Department!
