Overall my experience was good. When I pulled into the shop; however, it was a little awkward as no one came over to help me when I got out of the car. I had to go to one of the service writers at their desk (who really didn't seem like they wanted to acknowledge I was there). I was then told I was being helped by Ben...who was working with another client. I patiently waited for him to be done, but there were a lot of people just sitting there not helping anyone. I did really appreciate the Lyft rides to and from the dealership. The problems that were found on the car were listed clearly and it was easy to pick what I wanted done or wanted to decline on the estimate. The only other thing I was a little disappointed in is something that was not found on the inspection. I had to take my car to a tire shop 3 days later for a patch (a screw had gotten into the tire that morning) and they noted that my battery was weak and got that changed for me. It seems to me that a battery check should be part of a basic inspection. I'm glad the tire shop found it as I am about to head across the country on a road trip, but was a little frustrated that no one at the dealership found this or mentioned it.

Service was great! The wait time was longer than usual for an oil change & do your 20 pt inspection. Appt at 10 am car done at 12 pm (two hours wait time). However, being close to Christmas I am sure you had more business than usual. While waiting I enjoyed more than one cup of fancy drinks!
