Great service

My experience when taking my 2020 Outback into the dealership for an oil change and a recall appointment was excellent. Extremely easy to schedule.

Service was fine, although when I took it to Schomp for my last oil change, they washed the car and topped off the washer fluid. They also emailed me Video of the tech showing me what he did on the car and what he inspected, which was cool. I don't have any complaints. I live closer to Mike Shaw, and the service was done on time, but the extra attention the other dealer showed was impressive.

Main problem was I was told on the phone oil change and tire rotation would be 45 min, and my delightful assistant came to talk with me midway and said “soon”—and it was an hour later. Would have planned differently
