The woman who helped me was great. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. When I picked up my car she was helping another customer and a different person checked me out. That man was lacking customer service skills and even made a rude remark to the women about “her customer”. I would have otherwise given 5 stars.

Christa, was very nice and professional. She delivered what was promised. She should be recognized as a valued employee. I will continue my business with Mike Shaw because of her.
