Had the back right quarter window broken by a thief and it was awesome you had the piece in stock, the glass guy had an opening, and it was all handled in an hour! Big thanks to Cathy and the team for getting things done for me.

Service Manager was awesome, very friendly and professional! Unfortunately when I left the dealership I still had an issue with my car and had to return. They were able to correct the issue the following day, but I wish they would have completed it the first time. I will continue to go to Mike Shaw because of my Service Advisor, he was very apologetic and made sure I was taken care of.
