Great service and communication. The reservation system seems to glitch though

Made an appointment to get the recall on my forester replaced and after sitting in the waiting area for 1 and 1/2 hours I was told they didn’t have the part to fix it. They called me the next day and said come in we have the part, so I went back and spent another couple of hours getting the job done.

Price was reasonable compared to what it was in the past. Also easier to schedule than in the past. Did not have to wait a month for a service appointment. SA helpful, NPF with tire, but dismounted it from rim and bead sealed anyway as preventive measure. Appreciated that.
