Clifford was no nonsense. Told me exactly what the situation was, and immediately told me what they would do, and why. While this was a harder sell then I’ve experienced at other Subaru dealerships in the past (years ago), I appreciated his openness, and transparent pressure. Seemed more of a “compassionate hard sell”, which I liked.

I was given this car from my mom who cannot drive anymore. My tech was good in keeping me up on the 30,000 mile check and I feel confident the car will do well.

Overall, I felt that the visit went well. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. Things did take a very long time, moving through getting the financing done. Also, my insurance was sent to Subaru at the time I purchased the vehicle, but I was not given a copy of my insurance at that time. I was told it was in the documents on the thumb drive, but it was not.I like the car. I hate the Sirius thing that wants me to subscribe to it. I don't want to subscribe to it. I want to hear local stations. I don't know how to by-pass the Sirius thing. It's a nuisance.
