The experience was great. They advised of the time it would take to look at the car and diagnose the problem. They gave a very detailed diagnosis and suggested work with prices. Very thorough.

The service department went out of their way to get my vehicle in. They kept me posted on the progress and even provided a number I could text for questions. As always, Mike Subaru is all about customer satisfaction and that includes their attention to a safe environment for waiting area.

Waited almost 2 hours before being told they didn’t have the part. But gave me a loaner and job was completed by noon the next day. I was satisfied and appreciated their honesty and attempt to make it right.

Mitch who helped me was courteous and professional. My car was worked on right after I arrived and desired time was very reasonable! All the paperwork was complete and reviewed with me!
