Went in for an oil change/tire rotation and software update of my digital console. Everyone at Mike Shaw was nice as usual, but it took over 4 hours to get these two things done, and then they had my car so wedged into the lot it took one of their mechanics (wish I got his name, but thank you!) helping me to make about 6 mini three-point turns to extricate my vehicle without hitting others, so these two items = 1 star demerit.
