Even in this crazy COVID19 world, the whole Mike Shaw Subaru service team does their best to get everything taken care of quickly, professionally, and safely. I'm still in contact with salesman Eric Grimm, who is always available to answer questions and refer me to the correct department. Eric was very helpful when I had questions about getting service for my new Subaru.

When I called about a tire low pressure light, the Service representative instructed me to just come in, no need for an appointment. When I arrived, the Service department assessed the repair, fit me into the schedule right then and told me the repair was covered! I was so happy! The service department also found and replaced 2 lightbulbs and the cost was minimal. I appreciate the attention to detail and the quick appointment on a Saturday afternoon!
