My lease was up on my subaru and I knew I wanted to stay with Subaru. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from my salesman. I told him what I wanted and he worked with me, was transparent about what I could afford and all in all it took about 3 hours. He has also followed up with me in the days after to see if I had any questions regarding the car and I even got a tin full of the best yummy cookies delivered to my home. I had just left the O’meara ford dealership before I came in to your service center, I was inquiring about a recall on my mustang, And was super disappointed in the service I got for just asking some questions about my car there. I walked into your shop not even 10 minutes after I left Ford to inquire about another recall I had on my 2006 Subaru Outback sport and was received very welcoming by Ashley Givens, the immediate experience was night and day from FORD. Ashley was super professional and was enthusiastic about helping me. She let me know that my car could be seen that same day and even got me a Lyft home, I was blown away by the service.
