Service was good. Wait time was about an hour longer than stated. Having a Service Advisor did not help me get my car faster. He got swamped with customers and couldn't get to my paperwork and checkout for at least one-half hour.

work was done quickly and I was informed of the problems with my car. It was a good experience.

Hoa at Mike Shaw Subaru, provided excellent customer service. He's professional, friendly and sends status via text. The service was completed in the estimated time.

Was able to get an appointment quickly, but took them 3 days to look at my car. Happily, I was given a loaner which was very appreciated. Considered selling my car to the dealership, but the salesperson took so long to get back to me with an offer, I had to move on. Wouldn’t recommend for quick service, but the loaner car makes a world of a difference.

Everyone was very friendly. They were super busy and it took a little while but I didn’t mind because they were friendly and did a fantastic job.

Issues with pricing. Given one price initially, and charged differently at the end. It was corrected, but I had to point it out.

The Best Service

When I made my appt for $30k maintenance she should have told me it was going to be $600 bucks. Mike told me and I almost had a fit. How do you justify $600 bucks! Mike worked with me to get it below $300. He was nice. I may not be back though cause that price is a rip off!! Shame on you!

Service was very good considering the high number of customers on this Saturday morning. Was a little more than I anticipated however.
