Very happy with how your team handled the extra issues that came up during my vehicles service. Came in for an oil leak and ended up needing a loaner vehicle while they waited for an ecm to get back in stock and they kept me up to date as best as they could till the part was available and installed.

Experience with the sales team was great. Everybody was very accommodating and respectful of my time. I did have an issue with the finance team. The gentleman tried to sell a bundle of prepaid service, oil change, etc. the cost for those bundles was very high and significantly higher than if I had purchased the same services individually at the time of service. There may be some confusion on the cost, however the real issue is the individual was not able to explain why what he was wanting me to purchase was so expensive. I can easily imagine people inadvertently purchasing those services, even though they could get the same thing for less.
