Fairly certain it was time for a new vehicle, and we had a very good experience 5 years ago leasing a Crosstrek from Mike Shaw Subaru. Two things influenced my decision. One was the Internet Sales Manager, Cliff Swaim III. The second reason was the Shaw service department. I have owned almost 50 cars in my life and have worked with many car sales people and dealerships.Out of all those transactions, my experience with this dealership is among the best, in not THE best.I am especially pleased because my wife of 45 years will be the sole driver. She is hard to please, but is VERY happy with the new Forester.
