Took my Subaru in for a check of the brakes as another shop had suggested they be replaced. I wanted to get a second opinion on the brakes and the suggestion that my CVT fluids be replaced. Spoke with Danny Smith (Service Tech) and explained my concerns. He had the Auto Techs do an examination of the brakes and they, did in fact, need to be replaced. Also made several other suggestions that were discussed and either tagged for resolution or put on the list for the future. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Danny. As a female, often times "we" are dealt with completely different than if a male had brought in the vehicle. I am confident that I was given the proper information with which to make an educated decision as to the maintenance required. I appreciate that.
