As a senior citizen I felt the customer service by Hoa was excellent. He was informative and took time to clearly explain the options I could go with to service my car. I did not have an appointment but I had a serious concern with my car. Hoa was able to get my car serviced and fix the problem with my car. I will definitely go back to receive help if needed and continue with my scheduled maintenance check ups. Thank you for the wonderful service. Happy New Year🎉

Today's visit at Mike Shaw Subaru was once again extremely professional. I arrived early for my oil change appointment and Wally, one of the service writers, processed me in immediately. He was very personable and answered all my preliminary questions. My Crosstrek was sent back to the technician area and they got started on it right away. In less than one hour I received a text while sitting in the waiting area stating that everything on my car was "green" and good-to-go. Right after that Wally came and got me, went over the report with me, walked me out to me car and away I went. Another outstanding experience! Thank you, Wally, and the entire Mike Shaw Team.
