Had a Winter performance package done , service with a smile. I’ve taken my Subaru for all it’s maintenance checks and repairs to Mike Shaw Subaru since the purchase in 2015 and will continue to do so. Wallace was a pleasure to work with and the hot chocolate machine is appreciated by my preschooler. Wait time wasn’t bad for what I had done (1 1/2 hours) , oil , tire rotation and alignment. Although I don’t always like the cost and extra things needed to be done , I like that they keep me updated / notify me on my vehicles next work needed. Will be years from now but I look forward to my next purchase of another Subaru from Mike Shaw. Love my Subaru.

Booked an emergency appointment late one evening for early the next day. Wally checked me in, and he was able to find my service history from different dealerships to ensure that I was getting the right service. He suggested I also get my differentials serviced since the snow makes the tires skid unevenly, and I followed his suggestion but didn’t feel pressured. I waited on-site for the long service, where they had free wifi and a drink machine with coffee and hot chocolate. Jay was my technician and explained what he’d done at the end. A very smooth service experience, especially considering it was my first time at this dealership and needed an urgent appointment.
