My transmission went out- completely- on my 2018 Forester. I had actually purchased the car from Flatirons but Mike Shaw was closer- the repair was fully covered under warranty (I did have them take care of a few other scheduled maintenance things. ). They set me up with a loaner vehicle and told me that the transmission had to be ordered so probably 2 weeks. They got it done in less than a week. And everyone that I dealt with was nice.
