we are thankful that the mike shaw subaru service department was able to accept our forester for the bi-annual required service. calling and making the appointment was hassle free and having the basic service done was done without any problems. the best part was that i was informed that the service was going to take about an hour and i was in and out within 30 minutes (i waited for the service to be completed). to top it all, the service department washed our vehicle as a courtesy without me asking for that. that was truly a nice thing to do without asking. my wife and i are extremely pleased with the mike shaw subaru dealership and service department.
