The service technician kept me informed of the status of our vehicles. They were gracious enough to fix 2 on one day.

The Service staff are all so friendly and helpful.

I was having issues with my car after i tried installing a new stereo in my car. I brought my car to a few different shops to see if they could help me and no one would touch the car. I brought my car to subaru without an appointment and the next day the car was fix! Wish i was able to get the new stereo in but to have the car working again is just as good. Cant thank you guys enough

Friendly & helpful staff! Went in for an oil change and a couple of other items were flagged as needing attention. I feel that my car is getting cared for and will last many many years!

I had a great experience today at Mike Shaw. Mitch Winter was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. It was easy to schedule my service, I was provided a loaner vehicle and am appreciative for all that was done today in a timely manner especially during the busy holiday season. Would definitely recommend!
