It was great. I handed over my vehicle to Noe Delarosa and he quickly readied it for the service. He kept me informed of the progress of the service by text. He called me when it was ready to be picked up. He explained everything that was done and shared the results of the inspection. My car was washed and ready to go. Noe was professional and very courteous and friendly. He acted like it was an honor to work with me. Your service is always the best and it’s people like Noe that make it happen!

We brought our vehicle in for warranty work based on recurring TPMS system warnings. The advisor confirmed it would fall under the warranty. The service notes show one sensor was replaced. However, the issue remains when we drove it home from service. It remains even when driving in different temperatures and different tire pressures. My wife and I have called into service multiple times, and left voicemails, to reschedule for the same issue because it was not fixed. We do not want to pay another $100 deductible for the same warranty work when it was not fixed initially. Thank you.

Frank did a good job and seemed efficient. He should have provided info in advance on the things the finance manager was going to try to peddle at the last moment (maintenance, glass, ding protection). But beyond that my biggest complaint is the process. In this day and age, we should be able to review all documents in advance of the closing booth. Instead we are expected to just listen to the finance manager drone on describing the documents and then sign them on the spot. Rediculous, but I guess you fear that if we are allowed to read the t's and c's we may change our minds. And on top of that, it is time to embrace DocuSign or another medium for signatures. We should be able to review and sign the docs at our convenience, and then come to the dealership for ID verification and to pick up the car. For these reasons overall I would rate your process close to zero. And now I come to find out during this survey below about "Clicklane"?? why were we not offered that?? In fact, we specifically asked about doing it on line and were told no! I'm baffled by this and lower my rating on the whole experience.
