Rusty was my customer service rep at Mike Shaw Subaru in Greeley,CO. He was very friendly, professional and great to work with. He kept me informed on status as I waited for Oil change /check up to be done. It was such a nice change from other customer service attitudes from other places of business.

The appointment time was not honored and there was no explanation for the delay.

Every time I take my car in for service they are prompt and very pleasant to deal with.

This was the second time I have brought my care in for servicing. I have never been treated so well at a service center. Everything is organized and punctual. The reps keep you informed of the status of the vehicle repairs and if there is additional work that needs to be done. I'd say the other customers are satisfied as well since everyone is happy and visiting. Also appreciate the coffee.

Professional & reliable

This is a dealership rating (excellent) not the car rating (ugh!). Car has been not so great lately but dealership has worked very hard to keep my expenses as low as possible and to take care of the problems I was having. Everyone I talked to from service staff to service manager to general manager were kind, professional and understanding. Anyone can have vehicle problems, but having a dealership that wants to help you and “make it right” means something. Nice people to work with.

They are very professional knowledgeable and friendly, every question was answered and they bent over backwards to please us, and there service department was also a deciding factor to do business with them they are fantastic!!
