I had a disappointing experience at this Subaru dealership. The biggest issue was a lack of transparency. The new Forester I bought had over a hundred miles on it (and the finance person was quick to breeze past this information - they do benefit from a long, drawn out process so that the customers don’t fully realize what is buried under mountains of paperwork). Additionally, key features I reasonably expected were either missing or not explained prior to purchase. I feel the differences between trims and included features were not communicated clearly, which left me with a vehicle that does not meet expectations. Buying a new car should involve honesty and clarity. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here
