Service was very good. My only disappointment was to find out at checkout that the new brake fluid cost was not included in the brake fluid flush quote.

Over charge for a battery. Found out I could have bought a battery at a parts store that would have worked for 150. LessWill not be getting my service done here any longer

I had a disappointing experience at this Subaru dealership. The biggest issue was a lack of transparency. The new Forester I bought had over a hundred miles on it (and the finance person was quick to breeze past this information - they do benefit from a long, drawn out process so that the customers don’t fully realize what is buried under mountains of paperwork).Additionally, key features I reasonably expected were either missing or not explained prior to purchase. I feel the differences between trims and included features were not communicated clearly, which left me with a vehicle that does not meet expectations.Buying a new car should involve honesty and clarity. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here
