It was great. Todd was very helpful with showing me all the features of my 2026 Forester.

Tyler and Richard took amazing care of my vehicle. All concerns were addressed thoroughly and professionally. I truly appreciate how meticulous Richard was in my vehicle's inspection so that I know exactly what my car needs in the future, and how communicative Tyler was throughout the whole process. Rusty was the BEST! He was so kind and genuine and did his best to get us the best deal that he could with our dream car. He didn’t try to upsell us anything, he just told us what Subaru could offer us and how it would be valuable, but his main priority was to help us and not to be a salesman, which was really nice. Todd however was very salesmany and didn’t like it when we told him no. Rusty was even so wonderful that he sat with us in the car when we were going to leave to tell us a couple extra details, and he was off the clock which he didn’t have to do. Our experience took a while because we were waiting on a deposit from the insurance for the down payment, but Rusty was able to work it out so that we could take our dream car home that night and make sure we didn’t miss out!

Quick and courteous

It was great. I handed over my vehicle to Noe Delarosa and he quickly readied it for the service. He kept me informed of the progress of the service by text. He called me when it was ready to be picked up. He explained everything that was done and shared the results of the inspection. My car was washed and ready to go. Noe was professional and very courteous and friendly. He acted like it was an honor to work with me. Your service is always the best and it’s people like Noe that make it happen!
