Increasing a 60+ year old man's rent and charging $95 just for fun. Been living in the house of 25 years. Charging a 60+ year old man $95 during Christmas time plus increasing his rent. Your plumber came and flooded my bath, Zero reply from them. had to just turn the water off and not use that bathroom.

If we are expected to uphold our end of the lease then your party is absolutely required to uphold your end of the lease. Please do better The process of trying to renew our lease was so unprofessional and honestly rude. You never got back to our emails, constantly tried to dodge our calls, and then kept sending third party maintenance over to the house we're renting without giving us 24 hours notice per lease terms (this happened 6 times in the past 2 months!). Cherry on top was you guys couldn't even manage to send us the lease renewal when you said you would, sending the lease to us less than 12 hours before it had to be signed is incredibly scummy. I'm incredibly frustrated and baffled at the level of disrespect me and my roommates have experienced

Communication with Mike was terrible-the majority of the time he gave inaccurate information “oh you’ll move in 9/1” “but thx precious tenants aren’t out until 9/15” etc. Dana and Chris were much more helpful in clarifying any information. At one point I called Mike and asked why I hadn’t gotten any update-he said that wasn’t “something we did.” I’d recommend rethinking this practice.

The flooring was old and worn out. The new flooring they installed really looks nice and updated the look of the rooms. Only thing that would have made it an excellent experience would have been if the nails from the old flooring were thrown away instead of left on the new floor and surrounding carpet. They weren’t pleasant when accidentally stepped on.

Our heat went out one weekend and within 30 minutes I got a call from the on call maintenance letting me know he was on his way. Within 1 1/2 hours the problem was fixed and our heat was on. The speed this was dealt with was so appreciated.
