I wish that we'd gotten regular reports on the condition of the house that were more thorough on a regular basis. Dana has been awesome recently and went onsite, took a huge amount of pictures, and got estimates for us. Water and sewage bills have never really been properly turned over to Miller & Company so trying to get that straightened out on our end. I absolutely love the online digital statements, and that there is usually someone to speak with if I do need to call in. It might take at most 24 hours to get to someone and that's fine. Overall very happy with Miller & Company. Just wish you did business in Virginia so you could manage our other property there too.
